This was so real. I was reading your article with music playing in my headphones, and I immediately turned it off. Didn't realise how much I was subconsciously eliminating any form of silence I came across, but it was a gentle reminder. Thank you :)
Attempting to do multiple things at a time has become such a big thing right now is hard to step back from it. But it’s is all about being more aware of what we do and how we do it :)
